The system uses a two-digit digital display that shows the open/close counter (in increments of 10,000) and provides details of any malfunctions (only during an issue). This feature proves highly effective for maintenance tracking and troubleshooting.
The system adopts the industry’s first expansion board method
By connecting expansion boards to the standard board for sensors, half-open switches, and auxiliary beams, it is possible to enhance functionality with features such as PS (emergency signal), RS (ratchet switch), and ES (stop switch). Expansion boards are available in both input/output and output board types.
30% Increase in Motor Output
The compact, high-performance brushless DC motor achieves a 30% increase in average speed for single sliding doors (compared to the EDM18 model), resulting in quick and efficient opening and closing. With 16 speed settings, the system can quickly respond to pedestrian flow, ensuring safe passage for elderly and mobility-impaired individuals.
Significant Reduction in Installation Time
After installing the base rail, all components can be mounted from the front. The rollers under the motor reducer allow greater flexibility during installation, enabling easier adjustments of the door hangers and improvements to prevent lifting, significantly reducing installation time.
