Involved in the manufacture of many special motors

The main products manufactured at the Shinshiro Factory are medium-capacity wound stators (three-phase motors, machine tool spindle motors, special servo motors, etc.) and motor-related machined parts (machining of cast materials such as frames and brackets).
The Shinshiro Factory is involved in the manufacture of many special motors with specifications that make it impossible to construct winding lines by machine, and also excels in the manufacture of the accompanying cast machined parts.

Mainly handles high-mix, low-volume production

With 12 NC lathes and 5 machining centers, our production system mainly handles a wide variety of products and small lots with lot sizes ranging from 1 to 200. We are also capable of special adjustment processing such as balancing of motor external fans, etc. We have acquired ISO9001 certification and have a thorough quality control system.
