Features of the Factory

High technological capabilities in rubber product manufacturing

The Sakai Factory is highly skilled in the manufacture of rubber products in a variety of industries, including home appliances, medical, automotive, and marine. For more than 60 years, we have been selecting and proposing materials that suit our customers' products, applications, and standards based on our expertise in compounding recipes. We have earned a high reputation from our customers by actively working on difficult shapes, rubber + resin, rubber + metal, and other assembly products.
In addition, we are the only company in Hashida Giken Kogyo with an overseas base, and we manufacture rubber products at our factory in Thailand.

Securing production capacity through cooperation with Thai Factory

We have 27 CP molding machines, 19 IJ molding machines, and 3 LIM molding machines. We also have our own equipment for mixing raw materials, making it possible to create original recipes in-house. We also have the same equipment at our factory in Thailand, and we secure production capacity for large-volume products in cooperation with the Thai factory. A Japanese expatriate has been dispatched to the Thai Factory, and both factories maintain close contact with each other to ensure high-quality production.
In Japan, we mainly produce high value-added products, and we are working on daily improvements to increase productivity.

Our factory is able to flexibly respond to customers' needs, from a single prototype to the required quantity. We have received high evaluations from many of our customers for both quality and delivery time, and we have been able to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, especially in terms of price, thanks to direct transactions with manufacturers and our overseas bases.
In addition, metal parts are manufactured in-house by the Hashida Giken Group, and parts are arranged and managed at our factory instead of being supplied by the customer. Customers are very happy with this because it reduces the time and effort required for management.
