Industry leader in high-pressure gas valve production

The Saitama Factory manufactures “high-pressure gas valves” and valve-related parts used in general industry and as medical valves. Using a variety of processing machines, we process valve bodies, parts, and special jigs for general and medical valves. We are also good at high-mix, low-volume production, such as mass-produced valves of 1,000 or more units per month and custom-ordered valves and jigs of only one unit.
Among high-pressure gas valves, we are particularly strong in the production of valves that are specialized and require small quantities and high quality, such as those related to chlorofluorocarbon gas, breathing apparatus, fire fighting, and medical equipment, and we lead our share of this industry.

Various types of manufacturing, from mass production to small-lot, high-mix production

We have introduced various machinery and equipment such as 5-axis machining, combined lathe with material feeder, NC lathe, lathe with bar feeder, and 6-axis bar feeder processing machine. We also have a special machine called a siphon pipe brazing machine.
Valves for mass production are manufactured using processing machines that operate only during the daytime and processing machines that operate 24 hours a day. For small-quantity, high-mix production, we also make full use of general-purpose lathes to supply products with short delivery times. We aim to be a factory that can propose various cost reductions and efficiency improvements, such as shortening production time by simultaneously producing common parts and consolidating multiple types of products.

The factory has a history of more than 60 years as a manufacturer of high-pressure gas valves from its predecessor company, and has supported the development of various industries such as the automobile industry, semiconductor industry, and construction sites through high-pressure gas valves during the period of rapid economic growth. High-pressure gas valves are also used in the medical field, and valves that provide a stable supply of oxygen for medical use play a role in improving the quality of life of patients.
We have a large number of highly skilled workers, and in manufacturing, we are committed to “meeting directly with the customer to ensure that the requested valve is delivered in the desired form” and “listening to the end user's voice and reflecting it in the product, even if it is only a single jig.
