The Okayama North Factory possesses a wide variety of machining equipment, including cutting, grinding, gear cutting, sheet metal, pressing, and welding, and is capable of integrated production from parts machining to assembly.
The factory excels in the machining of precision mechanical parts, such as structural parts for agricultural machinery, transmission parts for ships, and hydraulic equipment, mainly made of general steel materials. We also have grinders that can handle a wide variety of products, as well as grinders with robots for mass production.

More than 100 pieces of equipment at two manufacturing sites

The factory has two manufacturing sites, covering 5632.3 m2 and 5464.7 m2, with more than 100 machines, including NC automatic lathes, NC lathes, machining centers, NC grinders with robots and other grinding machines, laser processing machines, Co2 robot welding machines, TIG welding machines, press machines, broaching machines, hobbing machines with robots, gun We have more than 100 units of equipment such as drills and form rolling machines.
The company specializes in medium-lot production of 50-300 parts/month, and manufactures about 10,000 items per year. We can also handle small lots of various types of products, single items, and short lead times depending on the contents of the order.

Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and operates as a certified manufacturing facility for major manufacturers. QC process charts are prepared for all products, and a quality control system for mass production processing has been established.
The factory's manufacturing response to extremely short delivery times is extremely high, and its strength lies in its extremely strong internal and external coordination in the communication of information. We are also actively focusing on productivity improvement activities, aiming to manufacture products as quickly as possible, even by one second.
