Features of the Factory

Bending of metal sheets for all fields and industries

The Nagoya Nishi Factory excels at bending metal sheets (especially radius bending) for architectural hardware, can parts, and equipment-related machinery. In the area of architectural hardware, the company specializes in interior/exterior building panels and pillar rolls, and can process up to 4 m of pillar rolls up to 2 mm in thickness. For cans and other products, we can handle complex shapes such as cones, rounded corners, and hoppers up to development bending.
We are capable of handling metal sheet bending in all fields and industries, and can meet a wide range of customer needs, from prototypes of one or two pieces to medium-lot orders of about 300 pieces.

Responsiveness with full factory facilities

The factory is also fully equipped. Fiber lasers can handle plates up to 2m x 4m, tare pans up to 4m in 5 width, and press brakes from 60t to 350t up to 4m. The planer processing machine (a processing machine that digs grooves in the plate) is not often seen elsewhere, and we believe it is rare to find a factory that can process up to 4m in length. Our ability to respond to customers' needs by making full use of these facilities is highly evaluated by many customers.
Our basic process is to create the data from the drawings we receive, and then cut and bend them, but we can also create prototypes from simple dismantled drawings or hand-drawn sketches. We also place great importance on meeting promised delivery dates, and this is another reason why we have gained the trust of our customers.
