The Komaki Factory performs solvent baking coating, solvent coating, powder coating, and nylon and polyethylene coating (fluidized dipping) of melamine, acrylic, urethane, and other materials. Coated products include gas regulators, various electrical boxes, special vehicle steps, automotive parts, and more. Our strength lies in the quality of the coating finish, total coating quality, and our ability to meet delivery deadlines.

Owns independent paint pretreatment facility

Two processes, a line process and a batch furnace process, enable us to handle products of various shapes. In addition, the independent coating pretreatment facility enables degreasing, chrome-free aluminum coated surfaces, zinc phosphate and iron phosphate treatment.
We also offer outsourcing services for cationic electrodeposition coating, coating processing, silk printing, resin-specific coating, and coating of large products. We can flexibly respond to a wide range of customer needs.

Experienced staff with over 20 years in the painting business

We can handle a wide variety of products, small lots, and a diverse range of paints. We manage production to prevent delays in the delivery of requested items by requiring advance reservations for painting requests. We can also make adjustments to accommodate special delivery requests if you contact us in advance.
We have a staff of veterans with over 20 years of experience in the painting industry, and they have a wealth of knowledge to handle a wide variety of painting needs. We also manage, analyze, and improve quality information from our daily work sites and customers, and conduct spiral improvement activities.
