Strengths in precision parts processing

The Kirishima Factory started out by machining parts made of difficult-to-machine materials in the cutting process of parts for semiconductor equipment and telecommunications equipment. Today, the Kirishima Factory mainly processes precision parts, making full use of automated CNC machines, NC lathes, machining centers, and wire processing. Although it depends on the order item and product size, most of the machining tolerances are in the range of ±0.02 or less, and we can also handle orders with tighter tolerances in the range of ±0.002.
We can also process materials other than ceramics and cemented carbide, and special materials such as KOVAR materials.

Ensures product quality by checking the appearance of all products

The factory has been mainly accepting orders for small- to medium-lot production (100 to 10,000 pieces). However, in order to flexibly respond to orders for single items and small lots, each department is working to adjust processes, shorten delivery times, and strengthen capacity by investing in equipment.
In addition, all orders, no matter what the quantity, are subjected to visual checks to ensure product quality. We have acquired ISO9001, KES, and environmental management system certifications.
