The Kashihara Factory satisfies a wide range of customers with integrated OEM production of various motors (direct drive motors, linear motors, geared motors, etc.), manufacturing of various windings such as stator windings and column transformer windings, precision assembly of motors, medical devices, equipment, and jigs, metal processing, and various other technologies (resin casting molds, Tig/YAG welding, aluminum thermal spraying, hydrocarbon cleaning, baking coating, etc.) to satisfy a wide range of customers.

All facilities required for motor OEM production

We have all the equipment necessary for motor OEM production in our factory, which has a site area of approximately 1,600 tsubo. We have lathes and machining centers for metal processing, peripheral equipment (3D measuring instruments, roundness measuring instruments, surface roughness measuring instruments, general measuring instruments, etc.), electrical testing equipment (impulse testing machines, insulation withstand voltage testing machines, winding resistance meters, inductance measuring instruments, protective continuity testing machines, etc.), as well as equipment developed in-house (various winding machines, automatic metal processing In addition, we have introduced our own developed equipment (various types of winding machines, automatic metal processing machines, automatic assembly machines, etc.).
In addition, we have a production management system that consolidates orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and management figures to create a highly efficient production system.

The predecessor company of this factory has been engaged in the motor winding business for more than 60 years since its establishment in 1960, and has taken advantage of its accumulated knowledge and technology to take on the challenges of various windings and different types of businesses (medical equipment assembly, hydraulic equipment assembly, energy business windings, etc.).
The factory has acquired various standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.) including global quality control and environmental management, and is also capable of meeting other standards (TUV certification, RoHS Directive, REACH regulation, etc.).
