Confidence in our advanced sheet metal fabrication technology

The Higashi Osaka Factory manufactures sheet metal parts for trains, small gas turbines, and piping-related parts. We are particularly proud of our high technology in sheet metal processing, and we can also handle a method called special sheet metal. We are also able to flexibly respond to customer needs. Another of our strengths is our ability to handle a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, iron, and heat-resistant alloys.
We also have a high level of welding technology, as highly confidential TIG welding is required for gas turbine parts and piping parts.

Manufacturing departments of each component cooperate with each other

Most of the products manufactured at our factory are basically high-mix, small-lot items, and we excel at one-of-a-kind manufacturing based on our advanced sheet metal technology. Since we handle a wide variety of products, we have established a manufacturing department for each part and formed an organization that can study various manufacturing methods in mutual cooperation, thereby creating a system that can respond quickly to unexpected projects.
In addition, the entire company is always aware of the problem of “how to do it correctly, quickly, and beautifully,” and is working to improve production efficiency and flexibility.

Sales force that can make proposals that exceed your requests

Another strength of the Higashi-Osaka Factory is its extremely high sales capability. We assign personnel who are primarily in charge of sales and marketing to quickly grasp customer requests and gather information. We then come up with the best way to satisfy the customer's request and form a system that enables us to make proposals that exceed the request while involving other factories and organizations.
