The Gifu Factory specializes in welding operations that require a high level of technical skill, such as welding of large ship-related items and welding for semiconductor manufacturing. We have extensive experience in manufacturing operations in a wide variety of fields, and we can also perform a series of metal fabrication processes, including laser, bending, welding, and assembly, enabling us to deliver products to customers as finished products.
The factory places emphasis on direct transactions with major manufacturers, not through trading companies. This directly leads to higher sales and profits and also enables us to build close relationships with our customers.

Robust production system born from “improvement”

Our Gifu Factory is able to meet a wide range of customer needs, from one-off products with long delivery times to mass-produced products. Our strength lies in our speed, efficiency and flexibility of our production system.
What we are working on to strengthen our production system is “improvement activities. Each worker always has an awareness of the problem, and by repeating the “Why? to the current situation, we are constantly searching for the best processing method and establishing a system that enables us to achieve high quality and quick delivery.

Everyone looking in the same direction in their work

Although welding is a strong point of this factory, employees other than welders always think about “how to make welding easier” and take action, and all employees look in the same direction in their work.
In on-site work, employees with knowledge of laser processing, bending, welding, and many other processes share the responsibility for speedy, high-quality manufacturing. Furthermore, we provide training from skilled workers to employees, and are working to strengthen multi-skilled workforce and to prepare for the next generation.
