Features of the Factory

Speedy commercialization of customer images

The Amagasaki Factory designs and manufactures electrical and electronic technology application equipment and general medical equipment. We provide high quality services by utilizing our design and manufacturing know-how cultivated over many years. We can provide a wide range of services from prototype development to small- and medium-lot mass production.
Our application engineers draw up drawings of the electrical/electronic equipment that the customer envisions, and based on these drawings, everything is quickly made to function and commercialize the product. We procure parts with a priority on quick delivery rather than cost, and cooperate with our group colleagues and partner companies to meet a wide range of requests.

State-qualified workers are engaged

The factory is divided into two main sections: the Engineering Department, which is in charge of design development and prototype production, and the Manufacturing Department, which is in charge of manufacturing. The factory is also equipped with many measuring instruments for evaluating electrical boards, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
We have acquired ISO9001 and JIS9100 certification.

Dealing with many major companies with trust and a proven track record

Since the founding of our predecessor company, we have continued to do business with major companies such as Mitsubishi Electric, Canon Medical Systems, Hitachi, Yanmar, and Hitachi Zosen, and we have received diverse requests for projects based on their long-standing trust and achievements.
We also contribute to the development of new products by conducting prototyping and mass production of test equipment and printed circuit boards. One of our strengths is that we can provide support not only in electrical design but also in both hardware and software, including evaluation, component selection, and improvement proposals.
