The Kasugai Factory is involved in a wide range of products, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, convenience store supermarket-related products, and ventilation fan-related products. The factory is capable of integrated manufacturing from tarepan, laser, press, bender (bending), welding, to assembly.
The factory is equipped with the latest fiber laser multifunctional machine that can operate 24 hours a day, as well as a turret punch multifunctional machine and a brake that eliminates the need for die setups, and many other facilities that maximize production efficiency. We also have a trading department for screws, which allows us to add value to our customers' requirements.
