Manpower-saving line with a monthly production capacity of 100,000 units

The Kanto Factory has been promoting labor saving in order to improve productivity, and has introduced a production line that utilizes specialized press machine bodies, transfer equipment, and multi-axis robots. The factory has achieved highly accurate and stable mass production while reducing the workload of workers through the use of automation technology. Efficient production is possible even with a small number of workers, and the company boasts a monthly production capacity of 100,000 units.
In addition, our efficient production lines enable us to meet short delivery times and improve cost performance, allowing us to respond flexibly to various customer needs.

Flexible support for a variety of sheet metal processing

We manufacture sheet metal parts using a variety of processing equipment such as shearing, brake press machines, welding machines, spot welding machines, and robot welding machines. In particular, we are capable of processing parts up to 2.0 mm in thickness with steel plates, and can flexibly handle everything from prototypes to mass production.
While proposing the optimal manufacturing method according to customer specifications and quantities, we also manufacture our own jigs to provide efficient and high-quality products. Custom-made processing and high-mix low-volume production are also available.

Factory boasts efficient mass production system

The Kanto Factory uses in-house dies designed and manufactured at the Osaka and Meihan Factories for efficient mass production. We have established a system that does not depend on external suppliers to achieve rapid production and cost reduction. Furthermore, we ensure stable quality and supply by utilizing a dedicated line built in-house and by consistently handling maintenance and repair of molds and equipment. Through this system, we are able to provide products that meet the diverse needs of our customers with short delivery times and a stable supply system.
