Features of the Factory

Manufacture of a wide range of rubber parts used in home appliances

The Thailand Factory manufactures rubber parts used in home appliances such as air conditioners, rice cookers, jar pots, and refrigerators. Examples include bearing rubber used inside air conditioners, rubber packing behind rice cooker lids, and rubber parts with complex shapes used inside refrigerators.
Small-lot production and production in excess of 10,000 pieces per item are also possible. In particular, we have a monthly average production capacity of 1,000,000 units (50,000 units per day) of bearing parts for the inside of air conditioners. Our ability to meet special demand is highly regarded and trusted by many of our customers, and we receive orders not only from customers in Thailand but also from customers in Japan, Hong Kong, and other countries.

Extensive production facilities and strict quality control

The factory, with a site area of 4,384 m2 and 120 employees, is equipped with injection molding machines, press molding machines, LIM molding machines, kneading roller machines, and constant temperature tanks for secondary vulcanization. The factory performs material kneading process, compression process, post-molding deburring, inspection, and shipping, and in some cases, die-cutting of sheet rubber is also performed using Thomson press machines. Each process is connected by a network to monitor progress and manage data.
A line QC is stationed on the production line to inspect every lot and every shot. Any defects are immediately fed back to the production line to prevent them from being passed on to the next process.

All employees work together as one

Since its establishment in 1995 in Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Province, Thailand, our factory has been manufacturing various home appliance rubber parts using NBR, CR, silicone, and other materials. In particular, we produce air conditioner parts used in many countries around the world, and we have received an “A rank quality evaluation” from a certain manufacturer for more than 10 years.
In order to achieve high quality, our main members exchange information on daily problems, and all staff members deeply understand the company policy and work together as one. We are a factory that is not afraid of change and actively takes on challenges without being bound by conventional frameworks.
