Features of the Factory

Unusual processing technology not available at other factories

The Sasayama Factory is mainly engaged in hot forging, electric forging, and electrodeposition coating. In hot forging, materials with a maximum diameter of φ65 mm and a total length of 600 mm can be plasticized using a flexion press, and the process can be extended to finished products by machining. In electric forging, we have a very rare processing technology that can form both ends of a material (φ25 mm, L=2,000 mm) using a resistance heater and a press (mechanical knuckle). Furthermore, we have electrodeposition coating equipment capable of coating up to approximately 20,000 pieces per day.
